 | 2 Scout Groups from Esher District were awarded £3,750 Community Grants from a P&G in a competition organised by The Surrey Advertiser. 1st Molesey 'Jaguar' Sea Scouts were awarded a £750 grant with which they will purchase safety equipment and training for their boating activities. 2nd Molesey 'St.Pauls' Scout Group were awarded £3,000 with which they can purchase a pair of commercial barbeques for using at even more fund raising activities. Congratulations to both groups and many thanks to everyone who purchased the newspaper and made the effort to send your votes in. |
